Woof! The Tale Gets LongerThis is the second collection of stories taken from the television series I wrote with my friend Richard Fegen about a boy who turns into a dog. The series was based on characters in a lovely book by Allan Ahlberg (Woof!) and ran very successfully for a good few years. By this time, the boy who played Eric's friend was too big to be a convincing eleven year old, so we had to invent someone new - Rachel Hobbs. I think my favourite story was the one where Miss Priskett tries to shoot Eric-as-a-dog with an air rifle, because she thinks he ate her cat and Rachel is the one who comes to the rescue! But I liked them all!
