Woof! The Tale Wags OnThis is the first collection of stories taken from the television series I wrote with my friend Richard Fegen about a boy who turns into a dog. The series was based on characters in a lovely book by Allan Ahlberg (Woof!) and ran very successfully for a good few years. Eric Banks has no control over when he turns into a dog or for how long. He finds it a mixture of adventure and embarrassment (when he turns back into a boy, he's got no clothes) and I had more fun working on these stories of what he gets up to with his friend Roy Ackerman than almost anything else I've done.
